Create an Account and Save Your Credentials

Select “Start Free” below to open the VPNRW dashboard account creation page. No email address required; get started with a username and password. Choose a username you can easily recognize and use a password you don't use on other sites. Don't use your subscription link as a password or choose information others could easily guess. Check your entries before submitting to avoid login problems caused by input method settings or extra spaces.

Once setup is complete, you should be able to open the dashboard and see account-related options. If you land on the login page, sign in with the username and password you saved. If you already have an account, use it instead of creating another one. Store your credentials in a trusted password manager. Since an email address isn't required, don't rely on email notifications to recover your account. Keep your credentials safe from the start.

Opening the dashboard doesn't mean you have an active subscription. First, make sure you're signed in to the account you intend to use, then choose a plan. Manage your order, subscription, and support tickets under the same account. If you see an error, read the message and check your entries before trying again. For account help, see Frequently Asked Questions. Don't proceed with payment until you've confirmed which account is signed in.

PLAN · PLAN

Choose a Plan and Confirm Your Order

Once your account is ready, open Plans in the dashboard and consider how often you'll use the service. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you use the service occasionally and want data based on consumption, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data is used until depleted and never expires. Compare the billing method as well as the price to find what fits your needs.

After choosing a plan, check its name, price, and data allowance on the order confirmation page, then pay as instructed. VPNRW supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; follow the details shown in your order. Don't send payment to recipient details from tutorial screenshots, forwarded chats, or old pages. For USDT payments, carefully verify the network and recipient details shown in the order. Don't skip these checks based on past payment experience.

After payment, return to the dashboard and check the order status and plan status in your account overview. A payment app's completed status and order confirmation in the dashboard may involve separate steps. If the dashboard doesn't yet show your plan as active, refresh the order status and keep your payment receipt. Don't place another order just because the result isn't visible yet. If payment hasn't been credited, open a dashboard ticket with your order and payment details. If you include a screenshot, hide unrelated payment information.

VPNRW offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for how to request a refund. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; this does not restart the full billing period. For billing details, see the full plan information before getting your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION · SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the dashboard and find the subscription option for your current plan. The subscription link lets your client retrieve server configurations; it's different from the dashboard URL in your browser's address bar. Copy the link provided by the dashboard's subscription feature, not the current page URL or your order details URL. If no subscription is available yet, check your plan status and make sure you're using the right account.

If the dashboard offers a one-click import option for your client, follow the prompts to open the client. If your system asks whether to open the app, confirm the app name before proceeding. If the app doesn't open, isn't installed yet, or the browser blocks the redirect, that doesn't mean the subscription is invalid. Set up the client in the next step, then return to the account overview and copy the link that matches it for manual import.

After copying the link, paste it directly into the client where possible. Avoid editors that may add spaces or line breaks, or change symbols. Don't enter your username and password in the subscription URL field. The client needs a subscription format it supports. If the dashboard lists multiple import options, choose one based on the client's instructions instead of trying them all. Once imported, refresh the subscription and check that the server list appears. Saving a URL without any servers showing doesn't mean setup is complete.

Keep your subscription link secure like any other account credential. Don't post it in public forums, shared documents, or screenshots. When troubleshooting, describe the option you selected and the error message; there's no need to share the full link. If you think the link has been exposed, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option or ask support through a ticket. After a reset, update the subscription on your other devices too.

CLIENT · CLIENT

Import into Clients on Each Platform

Install a client that works with your operating system and supports the subscription format provided in the dashboard, then add your subscription. The names below describe common menu options; they may differ between client versions.

Sign in to the dashboard, open Client Downloads, and choose your platform. Follow the dashboard instructions to get the client. VPNRW supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The steps below cover common desktop and mobile platforms; Linux users can follow the relevant dashboard instructions. Client download eligibility depends on what the dashboard shows. Don't assume installers from other sources work exactly the same way with this service's subscription.

Get the Client

Windows: Add a Link from the Configuration or Subscription Page

Choose the Windows client provided in the dashboard. After installation, open it and look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or a similar configuration management option. If the dashboard offers one-click import, return to it after installing the client. For manual import, select “Import from link” or add a remote subscription, then paste the full link you copied and give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name.

Save and refresh the subscription. Check that region and server names appear, then set this configuration as the one in use. For now, avoid changing multiple network options at once. When connecting, enable the system proxy or connection mode the client requires. If the system requests permission, make sure the prompt comes from the client you just installed. Closing the main window may not disconnect you; check the status in the taskbar notification area.

macOS: Import a Configuration and Set It as Active

Choose the macOS client from the dashboard, install and open it, then look for subscription or configuration management in the main window or menu bar. Choose a configuration type that supports remote subscriptions, paste the matching link from the dashboard, save, and refresh. If the client supports one-click import from the dashboard, your browser may ask permission to open the app. After allowing it, return to the client and confirm the configuration was added.

Once the server list appears, select this subscription as your active configuration. On the first connection, the system may request permission for a network extension or proxy. Review the prompt against the client and system instructions before proceeding. A menu bar icon alone doesn't confirm that you're connected. The app can be running, the configuration imported, and the connection still off. Complete the access check below as well.

Android: Add a Remote Subscription and Allow the Connection Request

Get the appropriate client using the Android download instructions in the dashboard. Open it, go to configuration or subscription management, and choose an option such as adding a remote configuration or importing from a URL. Paste and save your subscription, then tap Update or Refresh and wait for the server list to load. If you see a format error, first check that you chose the import option compatible with your client instead of repeatedly deleting the app.

When you enable the configuration and connect, Android may display a system VPN connection request. Check the app name before confirming. If the connection drops when you switch apps, check whether Android is restricting the client's background activity; there's no need to change every battery setting right away. If another VPN app is already connected on your device, disconnect it before testing this client to avoid confusing the connection status.

iOS: Get the App as Directed in the Dashboard and Add Your Subscription

Follow the app download instructions shown in the dashboard for iOS. If they direct you to the App Store, continue from the link provided there. App availability and download requirements are determined by the store; don't assume your subscription plan includes any app store fees. After installation, look for “Subscription,” “Add Configuration,” or “Import from URL,” then add the subscription provided for that client in the dashboard.

If you use one-click import, return to the client and confirm the subscription was saved and the server list has loaded, then select a server. On the first connection, the system may ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Confirm as prompted by your device. Even if the app only shows a connection switch, add the subscription first; turning on the switch with an empty configuration won't import it. To change your subscription link later, update it in configuration management rather than just toggling the connection.

CONNECT · CONNECTION CHECK

Connect to a Server and Verify It Works

Once the client displays the server list, select your current subscription, choose a server in the region required by your target service, and connect. Keep the client's default routing settings for now; don't change proxy mode, rules, and other advanced options all at once. The server name, selected indicator, and connection switch should match. Selecting a server without turning on the connection usually won't change how your apps access the network.

To verify your connection, open the website or app you plan to use and check whether pages load, sign-in works, and the feature you need is available. A connected status in the client only reflects the local connection. The target service's decision may also depend on your account, regional policies, and its own network checks. If regular websites work but a platform reports a region error, that doesn't mean your entire subscription has failed. Check which regions the platform supports, then test a server in an eligible region.

If no pages load, first check that your device's regular internet connection is working. Then check that your plan is active, your configuration has refreshed successfully, and the connection mode is enabled. Change one setting at a time and retry the same site so you can tell what helped. If you switch servers, keep other settings unchanged where possible. Don't reinstall the app and reset all configurations at the same time.

VPNRW supports unlimited devices, but each one needs its own client installation and subscription import. Once you've verified the connection on this device, repeat the import and connection steps on your other devices. Never use public sharing as a substitute for configuring each device. When you're done testing, disconnect in the client and confirm the system proxy or VPN status has returned to its previous state.
