Complete Payment and Check the Result

Follow the checkout instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and verify the payment details for the current order. Once you've completed payment, return to the panel to check the order status and subscription details. Closing the payment window does not mean the order is complete; check the result in your account.

If the payment result doesn't match the status shown in the panel, keep the order and payment records and contact support through a ticket. Don't pay again until the discrepancy has been checked.

After choosing a plan, configure a client as soon as practical and test your usual websites, target regions, and use across multiple devices. First check your connection and subscription import, then consider changing routes. This helps distinguish configuration issues from an unsuitable data allowance.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket specifying the order. Keep your order details for reference. If there's an issue with the payment status, describe it in the ticket as well. Do not include your password or full subscription link in your message.

How much do VPNRW plans cost?

How many devices can I use with one plan?

Unlimited devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Devices share the plan's data allowance, which does not increase with the number of devices.

How long do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, specifying the order. Review the refund policy first and keep your order details for reference.

Which payment methods are supported?

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel, review your order, and follow the checkout instructions to pay. Then return to the orders and subscriptions page to check the result.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Monthly plans do not have data that lasts forever; check your order and remaining term in the user panel before upgrading.

Does data in a data pack reset every month?

Data packs last until used and never expire; they do not reset monthly. They're suited to occasional use. Actual data consumption depends on how you use the service, so the allowance should not be treated as a fixed amount of usage time.
